Our free flexible subscription service makes your life a little bit easier and gives your pet a consistently healthy diet.
You will receive regular deliveries of your chosen recipe on a repeat basis, without the need to re-order online.
You can make changes to this subscription whenever you need to via your account online, including the recipe type, delivery frequency, bag size and delivery date.
If you have set up regular deliveries with us then all of our packages are sent free of charge. There is no additional charge for the highlands and islands.
If you are purchasing a one off product a delivery charge will apply and will be shown in the product and check out details.
Keep us up to date
Don’t forget to let us know if you have moved or you change your mobile number. This will mean we send your package to the right place and you keep up to date with where your order is. Just log in to your account to make any changes.
Your future deliveries are shown in your account.
Too much food or going on holiday? No problem, you can change your next delivery or choose a date that works for you. Just log in to your account to make changes.
We know you are very busy, so our service means you don’t need to be in to receive your order. We can leave it in your designated safe place for you. To make changes to your safe place log in to Your Account.
Our aim is for you to be delighted with the products you receive from us. If you’re not satisfied and do wish to return any product to us, please follow the following steps: Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org from the email address associated with your user account
Please include details of the product that you wish to return and a reason for return
Please do this within 7 days of receiving your product from us.
If a return is accepted by us, you will need to organise the return at your cost to the address we provide in response to your e-mail.
It is your responsibility to arrange a return and can be done through a number of available courier services such as DpD, Parcel Monkey, Royal Mail or Parcelforce. We will not be held liable for any problems as a result of this return.
You must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession prior to any return and we will inspect the goods on arrival.
If the product is received in good condition a refund will be made within 14 business days. A handling fee of £5 will be deducted from this refund.
